Perfect sun and sea escape

The beach at Playa de Bil-Bil is just gorgeous - clean, well-kept, and not too crowded even in early spring. The sea was still a bit cool but the sun made up for it. Great spot to just switch off.

Great little coastal town

Came here for a proper beach holiday and it delivered. The Puerto Marina is really cool to walk around in the evening - loads of restaurants right on the water. Seafood was fresh and reasonably priced. The whole place is easy to get around and never felt overwhelming.

Loved every bit of it

The old town area up on the hill is totally different from the beachfront - cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, and a much more relaxed feel. Had some amazing pescaito frito at a small place near the castle. Really good value for money compared to other spots on the Costa del Sol.

Sun, seafood and a good time

Spent a week here and genuinely had a brilliant time. Strolled along the Paseo de la Armada most evenings and the views out to sea are something else. The chiringuitos do proper grilled fish right on the beach. It's that kind of easy, no-fuss holiday that you actually come back from feeling rested.

Chill beach town with a lot going on

Great mix of things to do here. Tivoli World is fun if you've got kids, and the cable car up to Calamorro gives you ridiculous views over the coast. The beaches are well-maintained and there's no shortage of places to eat. Felt very relaxed the entire trip.

Solid winter break on the Costa del Sol

Came in December mainly to escape the grey weather back home and it was a good call. Still warm enough to sit outside for lunch. The Buddhist stupa near the port is a bit random but actually worth a look - great views from up there. Quiet, calm and exactly what I needed.
